With over 20 years’ experience across commercial and residential HVAC projects in South East Queensland, Andrew is known for his leadership, strong industry knowledge and ability to build lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues. As Operations Manager at Marsh Air Conditioning, he leads with integrity and a people-first approach, creating an environment where both projects and people succeed.
Having been part of Marsh Air’s journey for over 10 years, Andrew has played a key role in helping the business grow into one of Brisbane’s leading air conditioning companies. He is passionate about building a positive workplace and delivering exceptional service customers can trust.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys travelling, exploring new destinations and spending quality time with family.
