Caroline has been an integral part of Marsh Air Conditioning for over five years, playing a key leadership role across the administration, finance, team management and business development functions of the company.
Working closely with the office team, Caroline oversees the financial operations of the business, including accounts, financial processes and reporting, while managing and supporting the ongoing development of the team.
With her strong attention to detail, organisational skills and genuine care for the team, Caroline plays a vital role in supporting the continued growth, efficiency and success of Marsh Air Conditioning.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young daughters, balancing her role within the business with raising her young family.
