Marsh Air Conditioning installs residential air conditioning across Brisbane’s northern suburbs and inner city. As a Daikin Specialist Dealer and Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Dealer with 15 years in business, Marsh Air uses ARCtick-licensed technicians on every install and backs the workmanship with a five-year warranty.
Most Brisbane homes call for either a ducted system or a split system, depending on how much of the house you want to cool or heat and how the floor plan works. Both systems are quoted in your home after a free site visit, so the quote is built around what your house actually needs.
Best for one or a couple of rooms. A bedroom, a living area, or an upgrade after a split system unit’s given up.
Marsh Air installs back-to-back where the layout allows, photographs install positions before any work starts, and runs AI visualisation so you can see the unit in place on your wall before you commit. Most current Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin splits are Wi-Fi capable for control from your phone.
Key Benefits:
Best for the whole home. Multiple rooms, multiple zones, one controller that runs it all.
Key Benefits:
Ducted suits homes where you want comfort across the whole house. It’s ideal for new builds, larger renovations, and homes where set-and-forget comfort matters more than the lowest install price.
Marsh Air sizes every ducted system using floor-plan software to ensure accuracy. We offer smart control upgrades through Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric or Advantage Air’s My Air controls.

Our team comprises of qualified refrigeration mechanics, electricians, mechanical plumbers and sheet metal workers. This means you can be confident we’ve got the knowledge and expertise to safely work on all air conditioning systems.

We only install Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin. They're the brands we put in our own homes. Authorised dealer status with both manufacturers means genuine spare parts ordered direct, plus authorised warranty work when you need it.

Every residential installation is backed by our five-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Jacob Marsh started Marsh Air Conditioning in 2011, and the business is still family-run today. If a job isn't finished to the standard we'd want for our own homes, we come back and finish it properly. That's the reputation we've built and the one we keep building

Every air conditioning installation quote starts with a free in-home site visit because the right system depends on the individual home, the layout, the switchboard, and how you live in the house. It’s why you can trust you are getting value for money.
Complete the enquiry form or give us a call. We'll endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.
Our residential estimator comes to you. He'll spend 15 to 30 minutes walking through the home, measuring up, photographing possible install positions, and using AI visualisation tools so you can see how the unit will look on your wall before you commit.
We tailor each quote to suit your needs. For split systems, we look at what will be the best solution for your room or home. For ducted, we run your floor plan through sizing software to make sure the system suits the house. You'll get a clear quote with the recommended system, the options, and what's included.
On installation day, we show up on time, and we treat your home the same way we'd treat our own. Every install is backed by our five-year workmanship warranty.
Jamal is Marsh Air’s residential estimator. He’s the person who comes to your home, walks through the job with you and prepares the quote.
Jamal will explain your air conditioning options in plain English, take photos and complete AI visualisations on the spot. But most importantly, he’ll answer any questions you have. By the time he leaves, you’ll know what we’re recommending and why.
Most single-phase homes can run a split system or a smaller ducted system without an upgrade. Larger ducted systems may need three-phase power. Marsh Air checks your switchboard at the in-home consultation and flags any upgrade work with our clients so there are no surprises.
Each split system has both an indoor and external unit. Where possible we aim to mount your indoor unit on an external facing wall. We also consider distance from neighbours and aesthetically how the unit will look from inside and out. Jamal walks through all of this during the in-home consultation.
A standard split system installation is usually completed in a half a day. A ducted is usually completed in a day, but depends on the size of the system and the number of outlets. Marsh Air will give you a specific timeframe in your quote so you can plan around it.
Today’s air conditioning systems are significantly more efficient than older models. Thanks to advanced inverter technology, improved compressors and smarter controls, a new system can use less energy while delivering quieter operation, more consistent temperatures and lower running costs. Please refer to manufacturers website for more details.
For ducted systems, that’s exactly what the floor-plan sizing process is designed to confirm. Marsh Air sizes every ducted system so the system in the quote is matched to your specific home, your zones, and how you use the house. No guessing.
