Marsh Air Conditioning has been looking after homes across Ferny Grove, Samford, The Gap, Mitchelton, Ashgrove, and surrounding suburbs for 15 years. Our team includes qualified refrigeration mechanics, with all the appropriate licenses. We install Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin systems but can repair and service all makes and models.
Three services, one team. Whether you need a new system put in, your existing unit looked after, or a fault diagnosed and fixed, Marsh Air’s residential team handles it all.
Split systems and ducted air conditioning for Brisbane homes. We visit your property first, size the system correctly for the floor plan of your home, and install only reputable Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin equipment. Free in-home consultation included.
Annual servicing by a qualified technician keeps your system running efficiently and catches issues before they become breakdowns. Our technicians check gas pressures, electrical connections, and actual system performance, then send you a written report after every visit.
Unit not cooling? Error code on the display? Leaking water inside? Our dedicated breakdown team diagnoses the fault, fixes it on the spot where possible, or provides a written quote within 24 hours if parts are needed.

Our team comprises of qualified refrigeration mechanics, electricians, mechanical plumbers and sheet metal workers. This means you can be confident we’ve got the knowledge and expertise to safely work on all air conditioning systems.

We only install Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin. They're the brands we put in our own homes. Authorised dealer status with both manufacturers means genuine spare parts ordered direct, plus authorised warranty work when you need it.

Every residential installation is backed by our five-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Jacob Marsh started Marsh Air Conditioning in 2011, and the business is still family-run today. If a job isn't finished to the standard we'd want for our own homes, we come back and finish it properly. That's the reputation we've built and the one we keep building

Every air conditioning installation quote starts with a free in-home site visit because the right system depends on the individual home, the layout, the switchboard, and how you live in the house. It’s why you can trust you are getting value for money.
A split system cools or heats one room using a single indoor unit and outdoor unit. Ducted systems run through the ceiling and deliver conditioned air throughout your whole home via a series of outlets, with optional zoning for individual rooms. The right choice depends on your home’s layout, how many rooms you want to cool, and your budget. Marsh Air will go through the options with you during the in-home consultation.
Marsh Air’s residential team covers Hills District, Ferny Grove, The Gap, Mitchelton, Ashgrove, Bardon, Albany Creek, Samford, Everton Park, Chermside, Wilston, Newmarket, and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your suburb, call us on (07) 3075 7314.
For new installations, we aim for one to two weeks on split systems and two to three weeks for ducted. Servicing availability varies by season. Winter bookings generally have shorter wait times, which is when we recommend getting your annual service done. For your comfort and peace of mind, breakdowns are prioritised in summer, but we always recommend preventative maintenance and servicing in winter.. If your system has stopped working, call us directly for the fastest response.
For new residential installations, we use and recommend Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin. Both are reputable brands and carry strong manufacturer warranties. Marsh Air is an authorised dealer for both brands, meaning we can also carry out any warranty repairs and service them with genuine parts. For breakdowns and servicing, we work on all brands.
Marsh Air’s service technicians clean filters, coils, and drain lines; check gas pressures and electrical connections; and run through the system’s full operational performance. After every visit, you receive a service report with any recommendations. The servicing page has the full inclusions list and the difference between a general and a major service.
Yes. Marsh Air’s service technicians hold ARCtick refrigeration handling licenses, which are required by Australian law to handle, recover, or recharge refrigerant. This is a legal requirement that not all air conditioning companies meet. It’s also the reason Marsh Air can diagnose gas pressure issues and refrigerant leaks that a cleaning or general electrical contractor cannot.
Marsh Air provides a five-year workmanship warranty on all residential air conditioning installations. This covers the quality of the installation work itself, separate from the manufacturer’s product warranty on the unit. The five-year workmanship warranty applies to residential installations only; commercial work is covered by a 12-month warranty.
Yes. Marsh Air can decommission, relocate, and recommission split systems. Contact us with the details of your project and we’ll let you know what’s involved.
