Installation

Marsh Air Conditioning takes pride in installing only quality products with a high level of workmanship, ensuring a seamless experience.

We take the time to listen to our clients, their wishes and priorities, and provide customised solutions to best suit their requirements.

Please find an outline of our installation process below.

GET IN TOUCH

Our preference is to arrange an in-person appointment with all prospective clients. By doing so, we can then get the best understanding of your home’s structure, requirements and suitable options. We are generally available between 7am-5pm, 5 days a week, by prior arrangement. Alternatively, house plans can be emailed through to our office.

REVIEW

We provide obligation free quotes that are valid for 30 days to allow our clients time to consider their options and make an informed decision. We understand air conditioning is often a significant investment and we endeavour to always be transparent and approachable. During this time, we are more than happy to provide explanations and answer any questions that may arise.

SET A DATE

Once a client is happy to proceed, we require quotes to be accepted in writing (via email is acceptable) and arrangements for deposits to be made, if applicable. We aim for a 1-2 week turn around for split system installations and 2-3 weeks for ducted systems. Should you have any issues throughout the installation process, we are just a phone call away.

Servicing

Air conditioning is fast becoming a staple in most Australian homes, and often a significant investment increasing both property appeal and value. However, to keep these units running at optimal performance and your warranty valid, regular maintenance and servicing is required. Our team of dedicated service technicians can service all types and brands of air conditioning units.

Split Systems

We recommend split systems have a general service by a qualified technician every 12 months. For units which may not have been regularly serviced, and are found to have a heavy build up of mould, we recommend a major split system service whereby the unit is disassembled and a bag and pressure washer are used to thoroughly clean the system.

Coils chemically cleaned

Indoor and outdoor casings cleaned

Ducted Systems

Whilst it is easy to become complacent with regular servicing of ducted air conditioning – as it is very much out of sight and out of mind – these systems also require a regular service on a 12 monthly basis as a minimum for your health and safety.

Visual and audible check of all operations and functions

Filters and return air grills cleaned with antibacterial products

Condensate tray/drain cleared and flushed

Flexible ductwork connections checked

Gas pressures checked

Electrical connections checked

Test zone operations

* For ducted systems requiring a chemical coil clean an additional cost may be incurred, our technicians will advise before proceeding.

We are pleased to offer our customers fixed price servicing for regular preventative servicing and maintenance, please get in touch to receive a customised service plan and quote.

Repairs

Our team of experienced service technicians are able to assist with air conditioning breakdowns and repairs for all types of air conditioning units and brands.

Our three step simple process, will ensure our customers are well informed and a solution found as soon as possible.

Warranty Repairs

Most residential air conditioning units are covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty as a minimum. Please check your invoice for more detailed information and get in touch. We will advise if the works required are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and arrange a warranty call out.

DIAGNOSE

When we receive your call, we will act quickly to arrange a suitable time for our technicians to attend your location to diagnose the issue.

RECOMMEND

  • Dependant on the nature of the breakdown, our technicians are well equipped and will often be able to repair your system there and then.
  • However, sometimes spare parts are required from our suppliers. If this is the case, we will endeavour to get a quote back to our customers within 24-hours for approval. Once accepted, the order for the parts will be placed and a follow-up appointment will be arranged at the earliest opportunity.
  • Sometimes, spare parts for older units are no longer available or it is more cost effective to replace the system. Again, if this is the case, we will issue a quotation for your consideration within 24-hours.
